Tonight we will be graced with a rare celestial event a Blue Moon. In folktales it is rumored that during the Blue Moon the moon had a face and talked to those standing in the moon light. So if you hear a strange voice talking to you while out tonight do be sure to look up and see if it is the man in the moon.
