  2. No favorite ghost story, I enjoy them all.

  3. I stumbled across some local ghost stories that all take place in my home state of Michigan. I find those stories pretty freaky since I've drove past some of the places they researched.

There are three books in the series - Haunted Travels of Michigan by Kathleen Tedsen & Bev Rydel

  8. I don't really have a favorite ghost story, though I do really love A Christmas Carol. I enjoy pretty much any ghost story that scares me enough to want to sleep with the lights on. Stephen King's The Shining - which has ghosts, so should count - is probably my favorite so far. I don't have a favorite ghost hunting team. Yet. :)

  20. The Shining by Stephen King - No list of great ghost stories is complete without this work from the master of horror himself. People who’ve only seen the movie are missing out. The book is by far the more fascinating, complicated, and yes, abjectly terrifying, version.
